Exchanges & returns
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, so if you want to cancel an order without incurring a cost, you need to cancel before order is dispatched. If you do want to cancel an order before dispatch you will need to contact us via email at info@diane-paris.com.
If you would like to change anything about an order please email us at info@diane-paris.com BEFORE the order is dispatched, to avoid having to pay for delivery again. We hope you are completely satisfied with your Diane Paris purchase, however if you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to fourteen days from when you receive your order.
Returns are issued with store credit, we do not issue cash refunds. If you have chosen the wrong size or are not happy with the style we will issue you with a credit voucher to be spent on something else on the online store (replacement sizes are subject to stock availability)
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Please contact our customer care team by emailing info@diane-paris.com if you have any

Return shipping is at the cost and liability of the purchaser and the credit voucher will only be issued once the good has been received in good order, so the amount issued on the credit voucher will be the value of the garment only.
